We provide custom oral appliance therapy (OAT) for patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and primary snoring.
Your patient comes to us for the appliance. They come back to you for ongoing sleep management.
We defer to the referring physician on diagnostic workup. Polysomnography remains the gold standard. If a patient presents to us without a current sleep study, we refer back for appropriate testing before fabricating an appliance.

For oral and maxillofacial surgeons: You place the implants and All-on-X however you prefer. We handle the entire restorative side: surgical and prosthetic planning, guide fabrication if preferred, provisional and final restorations, delivery, and follow-up.
For general dentists: When you refer implant cases to us, Dr. Kary handles surgical planning, guide design and fabrication, implant placement, and any necessary grafting or uncovering. Your patient returns to you ready for the final restoration.
