Dentures and Removable Prosthetics

Losing teeth does not have to mean losing function or confidence. We offer complete and partial dentures, removable implant overdentures, and implant-supported fixed prostheses (All-on-X). All our dental prosthetics are made digitally using intraoral scanning and computer-aided design for both better precision and to avoid lab turnaround times.

If you need extractions, immediate dentures mean you leave the office with teeth the same day. During multi-stage treatment plans, we will make a temporary prosthesis until you are healed and ready for a definitive one. This means you never have to leave the office without a full set of teeth to smile with.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer dentures?

Yes. We provide complete dentures, partial dentures, implant-supported overdentures, and fixed implant prostheses (All-on-X). For patients who currently wear dentures, implant-supported options can eliminate the need for adhesives and improve chewing function.

No. If you need extractions, immediate dentures mean you leave the office with teeth the same day. During multi-stage treatment we make a temporary prosthesis until you are healed and ready for a definitive one. You never have to leave the office without a full set of teeth.

A complete denture replaces all the teeth in an arch and rests on the gums. A partial denture fills in around teeth you still have and clasps to them for support. Partials are available in both resin and flexible materials, which differ in how they look and how much they flex under load.

A denture made in advance and placed the same day your teeth are removed, so you are never without teeth. Because the gums and bone reshape as they heal, an immediate denture needs adjustment and relining over the following months, and is usually replaced by a definitive one once healing is complete.

A removable denture that snaps onto two or more implants instead of relying on suction and the shape of your gums. It stays put while you eat and talk, and it does not need adhesive. It comes out for cleaning, which is the main difference from a fixed All-on-X prosthesis.

Because prosthetics here are designed digitally from an intraoral scan rather than sent to an outside laboratory, the process avoids the usual lab turnaround at each stage. The overall timeline still depends on whether extractions and healing are involved. Dr. Kary gives you a timeline specific to your case.

At first, yes. Most people need a few weeks to adjust, starting with softer foods and smaller bites, and speech normalizes with practice. Sore spots in the first weeks are normal and are what adjustment appointments are for. Implant-supported options feel closest to natural teeth because they do not move.

A well-fitting denture should need little or none. Heavy reliance on adhesive usually means the fit has changed as the underlying bone has resorbed, and the answer is a reline or a new denture rather than more adhesive. Implant-retained options remove the question entirely.

Clean them daily with a denture brush and a cleaner made for the purpose, not regular toothpaste, which is abrasive. Take them out at night to let the tissues recover, and store them in water or solution so they do not dry out and warp. Keep coming in for exams even if you have no natural teeth, since we still check the gums, bone, and fit and screen for oral cancer.

Most dental PPO plans cover dentures as a major procedure at around 50%, often with a replacement frequency limit of every five to seven years. Implant-supported options may be covered differently, since the implants and the prosthesis are billed separately. We verify your benefits and provide a written estimate, and financing through Cherry and Sunbit is available.
